I have seen foot prints in the snow this winter that are large and could not figure out what they were.
One night in March around 10pm this year we had a mountain lion standing out by our back door. I think it’s a regular path for it.

I saw a deer carcass on our property that was definitely killed by a lion, and have seen the remains of one more just this month. Makes me nervous walking around at dusk in the trees….

A vet said he has treated a horse recently with wounds from a probable lion attack. Probably good to be aware of this cat, if he has tried for a horse he must be hungry or inexperienced.
